Tickets will go on sale on July 12th, 2011 at 1 pm.

The tickets for the 2011 Fantasia Festival are available starting July 12 at 1 p.m. at the Concordia Hall Theatre (Guy-Concordia Metro) and through- out the Admission Network. The price is $9,00 per ticket. Buy 10 tickets and pay only $8,00 per ticket. When buying a set of 10 tickets, you must know the titles of the films you wish to see at the time of purchase. This offer is only available when ordering by phone, when buying tickets in person at the Concordia Hall Theatre or at any Admission outlets. This offer is NOT available through Internet orders, it’s only available when ordering by phone (1-855-790-1245) or when buying tickets at any Admission outlets (including Fantasia’s ticket counter). These tickets are not valid for the events taking place Théâtre Maisonneuve (Place des Arts), la Cinémathèque Québécoise or the D.B. Clarke Theatre.

Tickets for the films presented at Place des Arts and la Cinémathèque Québécoise will be on sale at their respective ticket booths and their costs dif- fer from the regular festival prices. Tickets for THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA event at la Place des Arts are available for $20, tickets for the VOLTAIRE event are $15 ($11 for students) through Admission network.

New this year, Fantasia, in collaboration with La Vitrine, presents the SPECIAL EARLY WEEKDAY SCREENINGS. From Monday to Friday at the J.A. de Sève Theatre, it is possible to attend the first screening of the day at no cost. Three simple ways to take advantage of this special promotion:

1. By picking up your free tickets at La Vitrine (145 Ste-Catherine W.) or at www.lavitrine.com;
2. By picking up a free coupon given with the purchase of each official program at the HMV Megastore (1020 Ste-Catherine W.);
3. Arrive at the J.A. De Sève Theatre before the screening wearing an official Fantasia t-shirt (1996 to 2011 editions).

Finally, Fantasia is proud to present its new series MON PREMIER FANTASIA, three short film programs aimed for family viewing and specially conceived for children between 8 and 12 years old... and the eternally young at heart. Children under 14 will be admitted free and the same goes for all adults accompanying one or more children.
